About OPOW
The Office of Multi-Sport Complex (OPOW) of Blida is a public administrative institution responsible for managing sports facilities in the Blida region.
Our History
The status of the Offices of Multi-Sport Parks was reorganized by Executive Decree No. 05-492 of December 22, 2005. This decree aims to define the missions, organization, and operation of the offices to ensure efficient management of sports facilities.

Our Mission
OPOW is committed to developing and maintaining high-quality sports infrastructure to serve athletes, clubs, and the general public. We strive to host regional and national competitions, support youth talent, and provide a healthy environment for physical activity.

Management & Governance
The Office is administered by a Board of Directors chaired by the Wali and managed by a Director appointed by decree of the Minister in charge of Sports upon proposal of the Wali. The Board includes representatives from local authorities, relevant sectors, and the sports movement.
